These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of framewaltz.dev (the "Site") and its paid tiers ("Pro" and "Studio", together a "paid subscription"), operated by Astra Stella LLC, doing business as Framewaltz ("we," "us"). By using the Site or taking out a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Framewaltz provides effects and related tools on the Site. Some features are free; others require an active paid subscription, and the Pro and Studio tiers unlock different sets of features as described on the pricing page. Access to paid features is determined server-side based on your subscription status — attempting to bypass or spoof entitlement checks is a violation of these Terms.
Effects and video export run in your own browser, using your device's own processing power. Higher resolutions place higher demands on your device: exporting at 2K/4K is smoother on a computer with a discrete or recent integrated GPU, and 8K export (Studio tier) is CPU- and memory-intensive and may be slow, drop frames, or be impractical on older or lower-powered hardware. We recommend a recent desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari), 16GB+ RAM, and a dedicated or recent-generation GPU for reliable export at 4K and above. We do not guarantee export performance or speed at any resolution on any specific device.
There is no account or password. After checkout, your subscription is recognised by a signed cookie set in the browser you paid from, so access is tied to that browser and device — clearing cookies or switching browsers signs that browser out. You can restore access from the link in your Stripe receipt. We are not responsible for lost access where that receipt is unavailable to you.

The Site, its design, and its effects/content are owned by Astra Stella LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use paid features for their intended purpose — it does not transfer ownership.
The Site relies on third-party providers: Stripe (payments and subscription management, including billing email) and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Site is also subject to those providers' applicable terms where relevant (e.g., Stripe's terms govern the payment transaction itself).
The Site and all features are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra Stella LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or a paid subscription if you violate these Terms, including attempts to bypass entitlement checks. You may stop using the Site and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State.
